Job description, responsibilities and duties

Financial European Business Service´s located in Košice is looking for “Personnel Administration Specialists”. These roles will be responsible for management, maintenance and processing of organization structure changes as well as personal changes.

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of processing personnel and organizational data consistent with legal, audit and internal requirements and in compliance with SLAs.
- Ensure data quality of master data files and take appropriate action to correct deficiencies
- Provide support to local HR team in hiring, onboarding and leaving process.
- Cooperate closely with Employee Service team to provide customer service to the business, legal guidance, resolution of queries and assistance in creation of ad-hoc reports.
- Follow established processes, policies, and procedures control documentation, process flows and procedures, including preparation of regular reports
- Contribute to operational improvement initiatives within the PA function.
- Create and maintain up-to-date the process documentation and procedures, as well as controls documentation.
- Support OpCo HR Team in his/her area of expertize.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Educational Specialization

Business Administration, Economics or related field

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1) and
Spanish - Intermediate (B1)

Computer skills - user

SAP - advanced

Required experience


Personality requirements and skills

- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR or related field
- Knowledge of SAP HR is advantage
- Advanced English and Spanish
- MS Office (Word, Excel) intermediate or advanced
- Practical experience with personnel administration
- Experience from shared service center environment is an advantage
- Communication skills and customer orientation
- Ability to focus on details and to deal sensitively with confidential material
- Team working skills
- Practical thinking & problem solving
