Job description, responsibilities and duties
Internship on our H2R department (payroll and personnel administration) is very much connected to project management and process optimization. You will improve your language skills when communicating with your German supervisor and customers. You will also take the responsibility for optimization of communication flows between our customers (LafargeHolcim plants in Europe) and internal teams.
After 3 months of your internship, you will be able to:
- solve complex situation and communication challenges after many attended conf calls with customers
- know a lot about Process and Communication Optimization between Shared Service Center and Operational Company
- create and install tracking tools and knowledge database in google apps
- optimize interface process between H2R department and its main customers with the target of paperless office
After 3 months of your internship, you will be able to:

Personality requirements and skills
You are an ideal candidate for this position if you:
- are flexible and willing to travel
- are focused on optimization and you are freak on details:)
- are creative and open minded in thinking
- have good communication skills in both English and Slovak
- speak also Spanish or German (but it's not a must)
- have a combination of technical talent and economical education
- already have international work experience (international company or internship)
- want to work with SAP and google apps
- are flexible and willing to travel
