Team leader for financial shared service centre

This is an opportunity to be part of the design, build, rollout, and operating phase of the business shared service center as a team leader of our financial department. You will join the project team during the design and build of services, recruit, develop, and lead the team that will provide services to its customers.

Main responsibilities:
- Supporting the stream manager
- Leading and supervising your team
- Provide performance feedback and coaching to team members
- Develop staff training needs and documentation
- Cooperate with internal and external business partners
- Responsibility for the implementation of internal and external auditing requirements

- University degree education
- Advanced English
- Experience in leading and developing team
- Knowledge in accounting processes
- Knowledge of SAP software
- Presentation, communication and organizational skills
- Orientation on detail and targets
- Analytical and interpersonal skills
- Experience to delegate and follow up on tasks
