Master Data Specialist in BSC

Financial European Business Services´s located in Košice is looking for "Master data specialist"

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the creation, modification and deletion of master data (material, vendor and service) request are process on time and resolves less complex issues when necessary, while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures in the drive for exceptional customer service, operational excellence and compliance.
Master Data Maintenance:
­ - Create and maintain all Vendor, Material and Service Master Data Record
­ - Identify and reject duplicate master data requests
- ­Continuously improve operations
- ­Contribute ideas and actions towards the continuous improvement of processes within area of influence
- Identify and suggest process and system enhancements

- 1 to 2 years working in data processing, financial area
- Shared Service experience is an asset
- English advanced level
- Knowledge of SAP MM module is an asset
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Knowledge of Master data processes and standards is an asset
- Detail oriented, organized and self-motivated; Flexible and responsible; Ability to Prioritize tasks

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Business or management related field

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Double-entry bookkeeping - Advanced
SAP - Basic
Microsoft Excel - Advanced
