Travel & Entertainment Specialist in SSC

To our dynamic international environment we are looking for a “Travel & Entertainment, P-card Specialist”. This role will be responsible for travel and entertainment claim resolution, auditing and customer service activities for employee related queries.

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely administration and processing of T&E, P-Card requests from Holcim while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures in the drive for exceptional customer service, operational excellence and compliance.
- Makes sure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of provided services
- Observes opportunities for improvements, contributes to operational improvement initiatives within the T&E team
- Support and provides guidance to T&E Junior specialist.
- Ensure Employee satisfaction while resolving their travel related queries.

- Experience in accounting/financial functions and in invoice processing is an asset
- Manufacturing industry or shared services experience preferred
- English advanced level
- German intermediate level
- Active knowledge of SAP FICO Module
- Position is also suitable for motivated graduates
- Knowledge on invoice processing policies and guidelines and ICS is required

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field

English - Intermediate (B1) or German - Intermediate (B1)

Double-entry bookkeeping - Advanced
SAP - Basic
Microsoft Excel - Advanced
