Job description, responsibilities and duties

Financial European Business Services located in Košice is looking for "Payroll Specialist with French or German language"

Main Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate processing of the Payroll functions
- Process payroll questions from internal and external customers
- Process and calculate monthly payrolls in SAP
- Calculate the benefit entitlement based on local OpCo regulations and process benefit claims
- Document processing
- Communication with external partners
- Supporting your colleagues

Required experience

Personality requirements and skills

- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field
- SAP HR advanced knowledge is an advantage
- English (min B1)
- Advance knowledge of French or German language is an asset
- Min 1 year of practical payroll experience with understanding of payroll process and legislation
- Experience with payroll processing / personnel administration in other than home country is an advantage
- Experience from shared service center environment is an advantage
- Communication skills and customer orientation
- Ability to focus on details and to deal sensitively with confidential material
- Team working skills
- Practical thinking & problem solving
