Job Description

  • Working closely with and supporting Global Mobility Business Partner in handling all aspects of HZI Global Mobility Programs (International Assignments, International Transfers, International Hires), including expatriate compensation packages, relocation benefits, and tax equalization
  • Coordinating with the Global Mobility Business Partner to maintain compliance with respective Tax, Immigration, and Labor laws
  • Consulting P&C colleagues, line managers, and business leaders on Global Mobility topics to ensure established policies and procedures are followed consistently
  • Utilizing internal & external information systems and technology platforms to streamline Global Mobility processes
  • Maintaining International Assignees/Hires/Transfers trackers up-to-date
  • Working closely with third-party vendors to ensure that timely and high-quality services are provided within agreed service levels
  • Coordinating necessary activities with respective departments such as Finance, Payroll, or HSE
  • Managing payments related to Global Mobility population including payroll instructions, expenses and invoices
  • Being aware of the HSE requirements relevant for the role, including implementation and compliance with them
  • Fulfilling other tasks reasonably requested


Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in HR Administration, ideally in Global Mobility / Expatriate Management
  • High quality standards, process-oriented thinking, organisational flair and independent working style
  • Interest in the industrial environment
  • Open-minded, trustworthy and discreet personality who enjoys working in a team
  • Can recognise and execute the most appropriate course of action based on experience
  • Has a hands-on mindset
  • Makes decisions independently within defined ranges
