Springboard manager - food technology

SPRINGBOARD MANAGER - FOOD TECHNOLOGY

For our partner, a successful international company with over 60 years of history in food technology field and more than 20 subsidiaries all over Europe, we are currently searching for a suitable candidate for a role of SPRINGBOARD MANAGER.

As the Springboard Manager you WILL BE:
*responsible for “Sweets” division, a portfolio of ingredients from the following segments: confectionery, patisserie, and bakery.
*expected to make strategic decisions and plans with regards to respective country
*leading an international sales team with Sales Managers based in 16 countries.
*developing and maintaining good relationship with suppliers
*analyzing current portfolio and searching for a new potential to improve it
*cooperating closely with other Springboard Managers

We will be happy to hear from you if you HAVE:
*university degree in food technology
*at least 6 years of experience in food ingredients segment
*international sales experience from Europe region
*strong leadership and team skills
*perfect English
*willingness to travel
