Job Description

• Sales Executive reports into country sales organization and manages an assigned sales territory of 10-20 top accounts from Financial and Public sectors and approx. 30 smaller development accounts within Slovak market.
• Primary objective is to identify, develop and close sales opportunities comprising of HPE’s server, storage, networking and IT services portfolio.
• Sales Executive also defines sales strategy and tactics for an assigned sales territory and leads a sales team of two other individuals also on sales assignments within the same territory.
• Sales Executive spends extensive time working with and leveraging internal services organization and external network of partners to deliver a solution sale.
• Significant percentage of time is spent directly with customers; interfacing with all levels, focusing highest executives within customer organization.
• Sales Executive applies consultative selling techniques to identify and advance opportunities comprising Hewlett Packard Enterprise's leading portfolio of IT infrastructure, support services and IT consultancy.
• Assignments are on a yearly sales quota.

Job Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years in sales or business development position serving clients at decision-making level (CIO, CFO, CMO, CEO).
• Broad understanding of the customer’s needs; applies standard as well as creative solutions to meet those needs; particularly considering the specific industry/market.
• High level customer management relationship building, working at management and executive level in lines of business.
• Has good leadership skills and cross functional expertise.
• Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external partners on multiple levels to deliver appropriate solution sale.
• Partner organization intelligence aligned with partner management skills.
• Advanced sales negotiation, and deal closing skills.
• Identifies and effectively leads the account resources to ensure coordinated, efficient, account management, and accountability for achieving business results.
• Expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes in large deals.
• Relevant knowledge of client’s industry; keeps abreast of trends and lead discussions with IT on strategic directions and linking discussions.
• Ability to understand the customer’s business issues and translate to the company's solutions.
• Excels in competitive selling skills.
• Sells across platform and specialty.
