Currently we are looking for a person that will join the young and dynamic team of ESSN Software Licensing based in Bratislava. The main duties of Junior Software Licensing Specialist are focused on proactive processing customer’s requests by e-mail and telephone in an efficient and effective manner based on a strong expertise of the process, tools and applications. ESSN Software Licensing Team offers broad possibilities of being involved in improving the current procedures and creating process documentation. Joining the ESSN Software Licensing Team is great opportunity to build your knowledge, expertise and customer orientation in an international team and global environment.

In this position, you will be asked to

- Understand and process requests accurately and in a timely manner (as per SOW or internal guidelines)
- Ensure compliance with product/service specifics, rules, procedures and regulations
- Respond to all questions and issues received, providing solutions wherever possible.
- Possess high level of expertise in software licensing and ownership of responsible categories/products/services
- Maintain strong and professional relationship and partnership with internal and external customers, partner teams, colleagues and superiors
- Participation, co-authorship and support in preparing internal process documentation, ISO/SOP documentation, localizations and translations of existing procedures into local languages/English, as appropriate
- Developing quickly a subject matter expertise on the categories/products/services supported

Job Requirements
- Very good knowledge of English (B2 level)
- Very good knowledge of French, German or Russian (B2 level)
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Experience in customer service would be an advantage
- Problem solving abilities
- Customer focused, interpersonal and excellent business communication skills
- Work organization and time management skills
- Team-work abilities
- Corporate rules and communication knowledge/understanding
- MS Office expertise (particularly in Outlook)
