EG Global Supply Chain Overview
The Enterprise Group (EG) supply Chain organization, as part of Hewlett Packard Enterprise, is counted as one of the largest in the world in terms of revenue, network and spend. Supply chain enables delivery and manufacture of a full portfolio of standards-based, integrated products and services developed specifically to solve the complexities of the extended enterprise and deliver a Converged Infrastructure of servers, storage and networking. The Supply Chain organization balances volume and complexity across HPE owned, and partner factories and suppliers, to bring advanced technology solutions such as servers, storage and networking together into one HPE Converged Infrastructure.

The EMEA EG Supply Chain Focus Account team enables solutions growth through internal and external customer engagement, solution set up, and fulfillment management in collaboration with the Supply Chain and Front End Operations.
This is a unique opportunity to join a team aligned to growing customer focus within
HPE EG Supply Chain as we drive breakthrough fulfillment performance for EMEA Supply Chain Focus Accounts. This role entails working with customers/account teams directly.

Responsibilities:
- Manage an operational SLA metrics scorecard for allocated focus accounts to perform consistently better than 90% SLA and/or support opportunities to improve and/or exceed results.
- Determine gaps in existing supply chain organizations, processes, and systems that hinder the accomplishment of customer SLA objectives.
- Participate in improvement/reengineering projects across any area of the supply chain: manufacturing, engineering, order fulfillment, procurement, inventory management, etc.
- Support business leaders to determine the approach for executing high level operational plans, and develop creative solutions in support of strategic accounts.
- Participate in cross business/function teams to develop and implement business and supply chain processes in support of strategic accounts.
- Maintain rigorous approach to daily order backlog review, including pro-active, tactical intervention to address all at risk orders.
- Share ideas and learning with the EG Focus Account SLA Management team so that other Account Teams and customers might benefit.
- Participate in regular performance review sessions with EG EMEA SC functions and front end account representatives (ie Account Operation Manager, AOM).
- EG EMEA Supply Chain point of contact for AOM and Sales team on customer requirements and SLA performance related matters.
- Leveraging End-to-End operational performance data, scrutinize and develop Supply Chain improvement plans covering:
o Order receipt to manufacture, manufacture to ship; ship to delivery
o Highlighting off goal performance and driving corrective action plan in collaboration with SC operations teams.
- Ongoing management of customer specific processes (e.g. Build-to-Stock inventory levels, Material Reservation….).
- Represent EMEA EG SC in all Account Team reviews (including face to face meetings).
- Ambassador for SC in front of the customers (optional).
- You will support the Focus Accounts management to identify and implement opportunities for business process improvement to effectively manage costs, integrate new and existing businesses, and adapt to changes in the business environment.

Qualifications:
Education, experience, knowledge, and skills required
- University degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain roles and organizations.
- Good understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).
- Excellent communication and influencing skills; mastery in English and local language. Able to represent HPE effectively in facilitating meetings and conference calls before medium audiences.
- Good internal and external relationship management skills.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of how to analyze business problems using Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
- Advanced project management skills, with capability to manage cross functional teams in multiple geographies that impact the organization.
- Excellent business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
- Understanding of HPE's overall business strategy.
- Understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), ATP, master scheduling and Sales & Operations.

Planning (S&OP)
- Good knowledge of inventory modeling and analysis.
- Demonstrate leadership skills including team-building and conflict resolution and management.
- High level of initiative and independence.

- Able to travel.
