EG Global Supply Chain Overview:
The Enterprise Group (EG) supply Chain organization, as part of HPE, is counted as one of the largest in the world in terms of revenue, network and spend. Supply chain enables delivery and manufacture of a full portfolio of standards-based, integrated products and services developed specifically to solve the complexities of the extended enterprise and deliver a Converged Infrastructure of servers, storage and networking. The Supply Chain organization balances volume and complexity across HPE owned, and partner factories and suppliers, to bring advanced technology solutions such as servers, storage and networking together into one HPE Converged Infrastructure.

Order Management Organization:
The EMEA Enterprise Group – Supply Chain Order Management organization provides an End-to-End Support thru the Product- and Order Lifecycle to our HPE internal customers as Route to Market Organization, Sales Operation, Project Account teams and internal functions (Finance, Business Support, Procurement, and Planning). Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating demand/supply management, business processes and/or manufacturing/delivery of products and services to HPE policy and country regulatory requirements. Partners with stakeholders to identify/implement opportunities for business processes, and adapt to changes in the business and regulatory environment.

Description:
Provides support and/or leads teams through implementation of internal Projects. Projects are typically shorter-term, less complex and more contained with a defined time frame. Programs are typically longer-term, multi-functional, multi-project with complex requirements and effort. Manages activities, resource capability, schedules, budgets, and ensures cross company communications to facilitate product completion on schedule within budget. Works with the whole Supply Chain Management to identify and improve process and program efficiencies. Work can involve external parties such as standards bodies, partners, etc.
Is the Subject Matter Expert for his/her area of Process Focus (program) and drives continuous process improvements for it. Also takes care for every process related issues which might occur there.

Responsibilities:
• Supports a single to a few projects within a medium scale program involving one or more functions driving the implementation for internal processes.
• Develops portions of project documentation in accordance with provided plan and detailed specifications, including budgets, resource allocation plans, and other support requirements under minimal guidance.
• Provides development support for project communications, including creation of status reports and summaries, tracking escalations and resolutions of issues, coordinating stakeholder meetings and updates, and updating documentation.
• Develops relationships with internal, cross organizational project teams.
• Leads resources within a predefined area.
• Is responsible for his/her Process Focus areas within Supply Chain Order Management.
• Drives continuous process improvements.
• Handles process related issues.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
• Typically 4 – 7 years of experience in a related supply chain function.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
• Experienced in Project Management, Project Coordination or Process Engineering.
• SAP experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:
• Experience or understanding of project planning tools and software packages.
• Knowledge of MS Visio is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills. Structured approach.
• Ability to understand and handle complex processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Driver mentality and result oriented attitude.
• Self-confident appearance.
