Job description, responsibilities and duties

Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor is responsible for managing recruiting processes end-to-end, resulting in high quality hires in a timely, efficient manner.

He/She provides corporate recruiting expertise by meeting high volume, fast-paced hiring needs. He/She proactively sources and pre-screen applicants, acting as their primary point of contact. He/She coaches and assists hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and acts as the initial link to HP programs and information. The HP Slovakia TA Advisor will support a variety of special hiring initiatives and is responsible for administrative recruiting coordination activities, including ongoing updates to HR systems.



Main responsibilities include:

- Consulting with managers on recruitment plans, assisting them with defining clear job skill specifications and the appropriate sourcing strategy
- Identification of a sufficient number of candidates and the selection of high quality hires
- Candidate screening
- Building candidate pools for individual jobs and special hiring initiatives
- Assists manager with offer formulation and process
- Responds to specific recruiting-related questions from managers and candidates
- Fosters business relationships with hiring managers and recruiting teams in multi-national locations
- Working cooperatively with functional specialist such as Relocation, Immigration, and HR Generalists
- Ensuring HR systems are updated and appropriate documentation is completed according to service standards
- Maintaining and continuing to acquire specialized knowledge within functional field

This position is maternity leave replacement for 6 months.

Requirements for the employee

Personality requirements and skills

Education and Experience Required:

- First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically 1-2 years related experience in human resources functional area, IT recruitment area, Human Resource Generalist, or HR Consulting role.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

- Good knowledge of all human resources areas.
- IT hiring experience
- Strong communications skills.
- Fluent English and Slovak
- Team player
