Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for skilled IPAM Infrastructure Engineer who would like to join our Gobal Engineering team!

Your role will include:
- Account(s) technical SME
- Track IPAM industry trends and new technology
- Work with IPAM developers to turn new IPAM technology into new service offerings
- Create and maintain design documents
- Approve IPAM deployments and upgrades
- Review and Approve work orders and deployment guides
- Incident management
- Test all new releases within the account and ensure that all EWOs and Test Cases are complete
- Define and maintain infrastructure configurations
- Work with account teams and/or clients to determine how to apply new IPAM service offerings to meet business needs and requirements
- Ensure data integrity of production, backup, and DRA Enterprise database backups (managed by QMA server).
- Domain hierarchy.
- Review and perform basic trending analyses under this area of responsibility.
- Responsible for all IPAM appliance tracking and monitoring
- Responsible for any incidents and all root cause and corrective action for the account
- Work with engineers and developers to define and document configuration standards
- Respond to Account Specifics sales pursuits
- Peer review architecture and engineering documents
- Provide 24-hour on-call support for TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP issue escalations.
- 3rd level support for IPAM issues
