CRM Salesforce Consultant and Developer

Successful candidate will be a part of a CRM delivery team located in Poland/Slovakia/Hungary and Germany. He/she will provide application consulting and support services in CRM. His/her role will be will be analyzing requirements, designing, implementing and testing CRM solutions. He/She will be working both in German and international project teams, as well as independently and directly with our customers.


Key responsibilities may include:
• Working with the German CRM team with focus on Salesforce.com development
• Participating in presales, solutioning and client interactions
• Providing advice to customers on all aspects of Salesforce.com and proposes appropriate solutions
• Analyzing customer’s requirements and business processes and shows creativity in solving functional and technical problems
• Interacting with customers: extracting requirements, work planning, effort estimating, carrying project related communication
• Conducting workshops with client and project team
• Providing service delivery leadership for CRM services/projects
• Designing, developing and implementing solutions based on Salesforce.com components
• Dealing with project managers, solution architects, technical leaders or work requestors providing necessary information and deliverables.
