Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Representing HR to internal stakeholders; communicating HR policies & procedures to managers and employees;
• Providing HR consultancy to business managers and employees within Slovak Labor Code;
• Acting as a partner and consultant for business leaders in driving and implementing global business-specific strategies and policies to meet local needs and legal requirements (organizational design, transformation, change management, talent management, total rewards, workforce planning, employee engagement and employee relations initiatives);
• Providing HR consultancy to business managers within employee relations, performance and misconduct issues and recommending solutions/ disciplinary actions (Performance Improvement Plans, Warning Letters, etc.);
• Leading, co-creating and/or coordinating local HR programs (Talent Management Program, Mentoring Program, Graduate Development Program, Program for University Cooperation, etc.).
