Job description, responsibilities and duties

With this position you will coordinate multiple activities between stakeholders such as customer, 3rd parties and HPE.
Activities are related to application and maintenance support.

You will :
- be bridge between 1st level support and 2nd/3rd level support team for SAP and non-SAP applications.
- support HPE team in areas such as coordination of tickets- incidents, service requests, escalations, user management, T&T, multiple operational topics, etc… .

Our stable team is located in Bratislava, in Germany and in APAC region.
For this role German is mandatory.
Candidate should be flexible, agile with strong organizational skills.
