Job description, responsibilities and duties
Description:
We are looking for team member, to support external customer in the area of SAP Basis.
Main responsibilities:
• Design, setup and operation of SAP platforms
• Coordination and implementation of system connections on the basis of SAP technologies (for example: ALE, Net Weaver, SMTP and B2A Manager)
• Development of knowledge to the application processes and automated communication requirements in SAP HCM
• Technical support for Application Management Service (AMS) project teams and application developers
• Implementation and support of SAP core functions (transport management, SAP output devices, system parameters, system processes)
• Coordination of network connections and setup of security solutions (e.g.: protocol encryption certificate devices, Single Sign On solutions)
• Project/project management in designing and implementing optimizations/expansion of BPO infrastructure or system platform
• Central point of contact to the ITO delivery teams in the Data Center

• Good knowledge of SAP HCM, data base model and ABAP OO
• Expert knowledge in applying Support packs and SAP Notes
• Very good knowledge on system refresh, copy client, backup table, rollback system
• Expert knowledge in administration and troubleshooting of Transport Management System (TMS)
• Good knowledge on security administration and Job management (creating, scheduling background jobs and resolving any terminated jobs)
• Very good knowledge Monitoring CPU utilization, file system and disk space
• Very good knowledge conducting load balancing across Central Instance and active application servers and maintain system profile parameters for performance according to the SAP recommendation
• Good knowledge to analyze system logs, ABAP dump, Table lock
• Worked in portal Monitoring - Component Monitor, Trex Monitor, Web Dispatcher, ITS connection
• Very good English language skills, German is advantage
• Ability to coordinate tasks with the team and work on them in autonomy
• A strong analytical skills effectively and purposefully insert analysis, consulting and implementation of customer requirement
