Job Description
The person in the role will provide SAP HCM Application Maintenance Services for an international customer in SAP HCM. The customer is a global player within the financial industry. The majority of the work is BPS related, but the underlying SAP environment requires solid ABS AMS activities. Travel would only (if at all) be required during knowledge transfer.

Main responsibilities:

• Application Maintenance - consulting support for key & end users, implementation of support and legal patches, solving incidents, etc.
• Implementation of small to mid-sized RfC (changes)
• Bid preparation for projects in HCM area
• Mentoring junior HCM consultants
• Supervising the designing, coding and testing of program modules
• Supervising the maintenance, repair and tuning of applications; directing user support activities
• Managing preventive maintenance activities
• Enhancement of existing processes and solution within HCM

Job Requirements
Must have:
- Personal administration
- SK Payroll
- Time management (experience with time evaluation with clock times is a must)
- Organizational management
- Training & event management
- Programming in HR (ABAP)
- Authorizations in HR
- Ability to define functional specifications for technical development team

Nice to have:

Language requirements:
- English language is a must
- German + Italian (not required but nice to have)
