Successful candidate will be a part of a SAP delivery team located in Slovakia. He/she will provide business consulting and application support services in SAP area, with direct customer facing activities towards German client (manufacturing industry). The person in the role will be responsible for providing SAP 2nd level support for German customer in SAP PP/QM area.

Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities will include:
• To identify and solve problems and incidents in SAP PP/QM area
• To work on small changes (change requests)
• To keep contact with the customer and understand the customer needs
• To minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's application environment
• To improve and optimize customer's application environment
• To achieve a high level of customer's satisfaction
• ABAP knowledge is welcome ( bug fixing, debugging)
