Job Description
Your main goal is to support customer‘s applications according to the incident, problem, change management processes to ensure the delivery of satisfying level of the ongoing application availability. Direct communication and close collaboration with the customer on-site is required. In the first stages of your contract you will overtake responsibility for application management transformation from existing service provider. You will be responsible for knowledge transfer, application management processes set up and adequate documentation update. The team you will belong to will aim to achieve high level of customer‘s satisfaction.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Education in Computer Science, computer engineering, Electrical engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• Practice knowledge of Windows on basic administration level
• Practice knowledge of PL/SQL and UX on user level
• Application management of on-going support activities, identifying and resolving issues, configuration of Windows Services, changes in INI-Files, check of interfaces, identify hanging jobs, printing problems
• Cooperation with other internal teams and functional reporting to Delivery Leader
• Coordination of application management activities with the client, including testing and implementation of new releases.
• Knowledge of ITIL , experience in Service Management are welcome
• Problem solving skills
• Fluent in English and Intermediate German
• Good communication skills including client facing tasks
• Flexible and able to take challenges
