Our Windows delivery team consists of ~25 engineers, proving they are the best we have on a daily basis. We are providing ongoing windows support to our customers and underlying infrastructure.
As a Windows Technical Owner, you take over responsibility for the delivery of several Windows based servers with focus on continuous operations, project and change management.
The main goal is to minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's production servers in your responsibility, to execute the implementation/optimizations in the customer’s Windows infrastructure and to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
This includes the participation in technical projects, consulting, proactive capacity and availability management.
You will be member of Windows 3rd line engineers working under supervision of Delivery Lead to achieve defined targets (SLA and SLO).

Main responsibilities
• Provide technical support and leadership in a complex mission critical infrastructure environments
• Ensure that services under your responsibility are delivered according to the Service description (SLO and SLA).
• Closely cooperate with other technology delivery teams to establish implementation plans for changes, projects and backup&recovery
• Ensure components supported are maintained, optimized and used effectively.
• Is responsible for full cycle development, deployment to go-live, live phase and end-of-life.
• Act as the change planner and/or change implementer

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Excellent in administration of MS Windows Server Systems
• Working knowledge of HP ProLiant blade series
• Experience in administration of virtualized environment. ESX and HyperV.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years practical experience in Windows administration
• Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written in English
• Analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
• Service oriented behavior and communication to internal and external contacts
• Working ITIL knowledge
