Job description, responsibilities and duties

Negotiate, update the contract with the service providers (office rentals, car park, leasing companies, telecom. services, cleaning, etc.)
Manage reservations (hotels, meetings, presentations for the clients, etc)
Manage daily office supplies
Taking care of the company car park
Petty cash management
Running regular reports for finance and sales department
Taking care of the safety regulations implementations and trainings
Communitation with the legal advisor and payroll specialist

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)
