Your role
- Managing order processing activities (raising and tracking orders, order confirmation, collecting and comparing offers)
- Supporting global Purchasing Organization in initiatives related to the increase of efficiency (Purchase Order gatekeeping & Vendor gatekeeping)
- Communication with suppliers and colleagues from respective countries (France, Bene, Norden) in case of errors, missing data or problems
- Resolving queries in regards to discrepancies of invoices or credit notes
- Perform system quality checks
- Constantly striving to improve the processes
- Producing daily situation reports
- Processing of ad hoc requests
Your skills
- University education in a related field to Purchasing/Finance
- Knowledge of French and English language on an advanced level is required
- Position is suitable for fresh graduates
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP is an advantage
- Communication skills and high service orientation
- Accurate, self-organized person with the attention to details and analytical skills
- Interest in long-term full-time job in an international team and constantly improve processes
