Your role

Technical support for specific IT tool Gate
System configuration and Data Quality Monitoring
User access administration
Tool related master data maintenance
Testing of new functions
Maintenance of related manuals and procedures
Analysis and reporting of documented contacts

Your skills

At least 1 year of previous experience in IT preferably at an international company
Thorough knowledge of IT Systems such as Business Warehousing, User Administration, SQL query development and MS Office (Excel); experience in ticket processing and work with SAP is an advantage
Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail are required
Communicative and customer oriented person
Versatile and adaptable to changes
