Your role

Great opportunity to learn a lot about the processes in the area of Customer Service
Interaction with Customer service and Sales from Greece in order to solve querries and

issues related to Customer Master Data

Customer Master Data maintenance in SAP system (general data of the

customer, bank data, sales related data, prices of products and specific customer discounts)

Quality check of maintained data in SAP database (strong focus on details)
Teamwork – strong cooperation and back-up
Participation in interdepartmental projects related to Customer Service activities

Your skills

Active knowledge of Greek language and at least an intermediate level of English language is required
Customer orientation, sense of accountability, flexibility
A self-starter who takes initiative, able to work in a dynamic work environment
Ability to prioritize
Energy, drive and determination to succeed
Accuracy and attention to detail, willingness to work with numbers
Must be versatile and adaptable to changes
