Your role

  • Great opportunity to learn a lot about the processes in the area of Customer Service
  • Interaction with Customer service and Sales from Greece in order to solve querries and
issues related to Customer Master Data
  • Customer Master Data maintenance in SAP system (general data of the
customer, bank data, sales related data, prices of products and specific customer discounts)
  • Quality check of maintained data in SAP database (strong focus on details)
  • Teamwork – strong cooperation and back-up
  • Participation in interdepartmental projects related to Customer Service activities

Your skills

  • Active knowledge of Greek language and at least an intermediate level of English language is required
  • Customer orientation, sense of accountability, flexibility
  • A self-starter who takes initiative, able to work in a dynamic work environment
