Your role

Drive process automation - switching pool suppliers from manual invoicing to self-invoicing
Supply 1st level support for incoming queries from the respective Category stakeholders within specific projects (e.g. Marketing - price benchmarking, cost estimates, support in supplier negotiations)
Development of desktop procedure
Support in case of invoice escalations
Close collaboration with the Category team and other teams in the SSC

Your skills

University education preferably in a related field to Business/Marketing, understanding of Purchasing is very welcome
Knowledge of English language on an active level is a MUST
MS Excel on an advanced level is required
Pro-active with interest to constantly improve processes
Customer-oriented with very good communication and analytical skills, professional and friendly manner
Open-minded and willing to learn
Team player
