Your role

Great opportunity to learn a lot about the processes in the area of Customer Service
Interaction with Customer service from respective countries in order to solve queries and issues related to customer Master Data
Customer Master Data maintenance in SAP system (general data of the customer, bank data, sales related data)
Quality check of maintained data in SAP database (strong focus on details)
Teamwork – strong cooperation and back-up
Participation in interdepartmental projects related to Customer Service

Your skills

Active knowledge of Spanish and English language (at least on an intermediate level)
Customer orientation, performance motivation
A self-starter who takes initiative
Ability to work independently and also within a team
Accuracy, attention to detail and flexibility
Communication and interpersonal skills
Sense of accountability
