Your role

  • Preparation and coordination of stock takings (including date agreements, list generation)
  • Physical participation during stocktaking at subcontractors in the region of Western Europe
  • Verification of correctness and completeness of all forms and documents related to physical stock takings
  • Investigation of inventory differences
  • Financial evaluation of inventory count results
  • Reporting of stock movements
  • Archivation and maintenance of Inventory Database
  • Closure of stock takings and monitoring of process quality

Your skills

  • Business academy or University degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance…)
  • At least 2 years of experience in materials management / accounting / audit / supply chain / stocktaking
  • Excellent level of ENGLISH and GERMAN language
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Good understanding of operations business processes
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills – service and customer orientation
