Your role

  • Managing the correctness of Purchase Order numbers and invoice controlling
  • Engagement letter management
  • Performing monthly reporting and project costs overview
  • Reporting support, collecting data from various sources
  • Planning & scheduling of meetings, video / phone conferences
  • Calendar management
  • Answering calls and handling email queries

Your skills

  • 1 – 5 years of similar experience
  • Higher education or University degree in the relevant field (Economics, Finance, Management, etc.)
  • Experience with SAP and Invoicing is a big advantage
  • Excellent level of English language (verbal and written form)
  • Intermediate level of German language
  • MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proactive, creative, flexible, accurate, stress resistant and reliable person, with the ability to prioritize and adjust to different volume of workload
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Team player
