Your role

Performing services related to VAT for several Henkel Affiliated Companies across Europe
Preparation and submission of VAT returns, Intrastat, European Sales/Purchase lists and other VAT related reports for authorities
Communication with tax and statistical institutions across Europe
Direct cooperation with Global VAT team in Headquarters, Henkel Affiliated companies in Europe and external consulting partners
Preparation of general ledger VAT accounts reconciliations
Communication with Accounting departments, Purchasing and Customer service teams

Your skills

Business related studies with majors in tax, finance, accounting or controlling
Position is suitable also for fresh graduates
Working experience is an advantage
Advanced level of English
Good communication and analytical skills
Ability to work independently as well as in the team setting
Proactive approach
Attention to details
