Your role
- Filling in the tax forms and supporting the Finance Tax Group department
- Communication with German Tax Office
- Planning & scheduling of the meetings, video/phone conferences, calendar management
- Travel arrangements and related administration, e.g. organization of visa, booking of hotels and flights, car rental, travel expenses reports
- Presentation formatting
- Reporting support, collecting data from various sources
- Task monitoring: tracking, reminding and reporting
- Answering calls and handling email queries
Your skills
- 1 – 5 years of similar experience
- Higher education or University degree
- Excellent level of English and advanced German language (verbal and written form)
- MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Proactive, creative, flexible, accurate and reliable person, with ability to prioritize and adjust to different volume of workload, stress resistant
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Team player
