Your role

  • Managing order processing activities (raising and tracking orders, order confirmation, collecting and comparing offers)
  • Communication with suppliers and colleagues from respective countries (Croatia) in case of errors, missing data or problems
  • Processing and coding supplier invoices
  • Vendor dunning letters and vendor claim handling
  • Taking care of posted invoices until ready for payment
  • Error inbox processing
  • Producing daily situation reports
  • Handling ad hoc tasks

Your skills

  • University degree in economic/accounting area or business academy education
  • Accounting knowledge and interest to use it at work
  • Experience in Accounting department is an advantage
  • Active knowledge of Croatian and English language is required
  • Good communication skills, team player
  • Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details
  • Motivation to learn new tasks, energy, drive
  • Position is suitable also for graduates
