Your role

Process and code supplier invoices
Reverse invoices for incorrect postings
Produce daily situation reports
Taking care of posted invoices until ready for payment
Vendor claim handling
Vendor dunning letters
Error inbox processing
Handling ad hoc tasks

Your skills

University degree in economic/accounting area or business academy education
RUSSIAN language – at least intermediate level (in written and verbal form)
ENGLISH language - at least intermediate level (in written and verbal form)
Accounting knowledge and interest to use it at work
Good communication skills, team player
Attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills
