Your role

Maintenance of the ticketing tool
Administration of user access rights
First level support for all the user issues and requests
Support the team in all tasks related to the users, requests & technical solutions
Providing back-up for hotline

Your skills

College education or University student with basic IT knowledge and understanding
Fluent English language (verbal and written form) is required.
Good knowledge of MS Office package
Communication skills
Customer oriented
Self-organized person with will to learn specifics of the tools
Ability to work independently
