Your role

  • Execution of the process connected with Customer Service Support activities
  • Claims Management
  • Rebates and Commissions credit/debit note management
  • Support requests, issues and efficiency projects with customers and internally
  • Promotional invoices registration
  • Invoicing/Billing
  • Propose/Contribute on process updates documentation/enhancement
  • Cooperation & support of other departments and local Henkel offices
  • Participate in interdepartmental projects related to customer service area

Your skills

  • Active knowledge of GERMAN language at least intermediate - communication level of ENGLISH language
  • Customer orientation, performance motivation
