Your role

  • Responsibility for coordination of price lists agreed between Henkel and suppliers; regular checking of adherence to negotiated terms
  • Coordination of new article creation in internal Henkel systems, ensuring smooth introduction of new articles into the Henkel portfolio of direct materials
  • Cooperation with the global Tail-End Management team in matters of tender planning, distributor evaluation or supplier target dialogue definition
  • Preparation, running and evaluation of tenders in the E-sourcing tool, supporting local purchasers in the final implementation phase – acting as a link between them and preferred distributors
  • Tracking of global, regional and country key performance indicators on a monthly and/or quarterly basis

Your skills

  • University education in a related field (i.e. Management, Business Administration, Purchasing)
  • Fluent knowledge of English language (verbal and written) is required, other language is an advantage
  • 1-2 years of previous administration experience gained either in purchasing, customer service or finance environment
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, basic SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Communication skills and a high customer service orientation
  • Accurate, self-organized person with attention to detail and interest to work with data
  • Flexible, adaptable and driven person with pro-active approach
