Your role

Performing services related to VAT for several Henkel Affiliated Companies across Europe
Preparation and submission of VAT returns, Intrastat, European Sales/Purchase lists
Communication with tax and statistical institutions across Europe
Direct cooperation with Global VAT team in HQ and Henkel Affiliated companies in Europe
Preparation of general ledger VAT accounts reconciliations
Communication with AP, AR, Purchasing, Customer service teams
Provide support to internal and external auditors during audit
Documentation process
Identification of opportunities to increase efficiency of used processes

Your skills

Business related studies with majors in tax, controlling, finance or accounting
The position is suitable also for graduate with master study in tax
VAT related experience is an advantage
Advanced level of English
Advanced level of Excel, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Good communication and analytical skills
Ability to work independently as well as in the team setting
Proactive approach to problem solving
