Your role

Manage and train team members to carry out the activities of the department
Evaluate team members and propose steps for further development
Manage all activities related to fixed assets (FA) accounting during the FA lifecycle – creation, changes of FA master data, capitalization and disposals in compliance with the company’s corporate standards
Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Act as main contact partner for SSC Business Partners and provide professional accounting advice for FA management
Closely cooperate with all levels of Henkel Finance departments
Directly interact with internal and external audits on a quarterly basis

Your skills

University degree in Finance, Accounting or Audit
Advanced level of English is a MUST, knowledge of German is an advantage
At least 3 years of related accounting experience, including at least 1 - 2 years of experience as a Team Leader
Knowledge of IFRS along with audit background is an advantage
Advanced MS Excel skills and experience in using SAP
Effective, problem solving and detail-oriented person
Process and analytical thinking
Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Experience in a multinational company and environment is an advantage
