Your role

  • Organize and coordinate daily activities and workload distribution across the team
  • Staff planning together with the manager
  • Supervision and management of junior staff
  • Coaching and training of team members
  • Proposing steps for further development of team members
  • Propose further improvements for process optimization
  • Assure up to date documentation of all relevant processes
  • Actively participate and coordinate projects, manage new incoming/outgoing migration activities

Your skills

  • University education preferably in a related field to finance/purchasing/management and first working experience
  • Knowledge of English language on active level is a MUST
  • Another language on intermediate level is very welcome
  • Previous experience in people management (1-2 years) gained in an international environment is an advantage
  • Excellent PC skills, advanced level of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel are required, SAP and database knowledge is an advantage
  • Communication skills and a high service orientation
  • Ability to work in an international team
  • Interest to constantly improve processes
