Your role

Acting as an internal service provider for the Henkel Beauty Care Marketing, delivering services related to our markets and products
Responsibility to finalize orders for marketing materials and services requested by brand managers
Working with databases, analyzing the differences
Tracking utilization of marketing budget to ensure that the brand managers have an up-to-date view on their available budget

Your skills

University or College education in Business Administration
Active level of English (verbal and written)
At least 1 year of previous working experience within commercial or analytical field
Advanced level of MS Office and basic SAP skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Analytical thinking
Project management skills and Time management skills on basic level
Communication and interpersonal skills – customer service approach with ability to interact with contacts at all levels
Versatile and adaptable to changes
