Your role

  • Providing clerical support to the sales department
  • Responsibility for creating sales and expense reports, turnover and competitive reporting, budgeting
  • Organizing meetings and calendar scheduling
  • Maintaining close relationships with customers and the sales team
  • Processing of customer orders

Your skills

  • University degree, preferably with Business/Economics background
  • Knowledge of English language on active level is a MUST in both, written and spoken form
  • Previous administration experience gained in an international environment is an advantage
  • Excellent PC skills and good knowledge of MS Excel are required, SAP is an advantage
  • Communication skills and a high service orientation
  • Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details
  • Clean driving licence
