Your role

Process different types of suppliers invoices (freight, service, marketing, manual agent invoices)
Process custom declarations (custom folder preparation, scanning, booking and clearing)
Selfdeclarations handling (report on daily basis, control of received self declarations and unblocking of referring invoices)
Communicate with suppliers and colleagues from local country (vendor call and mail handling)
Compensation of open invoices with account receivable invoices
Process down payments, approval of payments
Reconciliation activities
Ad hoc tasks

Your skills

University degree in economic/accounting area or business academy education - position is suitable also for fresh graduates
ITALIAN language - active level (verbal and written)
ENGLISH language - at least intermediate level
Accounting knowledge and interest to use it at work
Good communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving, team player
