Your role

  • Managing & steering the team´s performance, assuring the service level
  • Setting the team targets and implementing the team’s strategy, in hand with Henkel’s strategy
  • Support hiring and team member’s selection, establishing relationships with new departments
  • Managing the escalations and steering the cooperation with top executives
  • Support the team’s growth, including coaching and developing people
  • Lead & motivate a department of Team Assistants (30 members)
  • Coordinate and prioritize daily team tasks
  • Proactive define and develop new areas of admin support
  • Unique opportunity in admin and leadership field

Your skills

  • Higher education or University degree
  • Min. 5 years of experience in the administrative environment in international company
  • Strong service oriented approach, ability to deal with people at all levels, especially international top management
  • Fluent English and German language
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills incl. ability to organize others
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • Inspired and open minded professional
