Your role

Creating user accounts in SAP for Henkel suppliers to the Supplier Information Portal based on input received from Purchasing community
Informing suppliers of the assign access right via pre-defined e-mail templates
Another tasks according to request from superior

Your skills

University student, preferrably 3rd or 4th grade
At least intermediate level of ENGLISH (able to understand written instructions in English)
At least basic user of Excel and Outlook (or other e-mail clients)
Detail oriented, accurate, willing to work with data
