Your role

Check your scheduled actions in collection tool
Start mass processing for the collection letters and faxes
Check and work on emails from customers, customers services and local accounting department
Processing collection phone calls
Work on financial deductions
Processing deductions to the local businesses like Detergents, Beauty Care or Adhesives

Your skills

University degree in eligible field or Business Academy education
Active level of Polish language is a MUST
Communicative level of English language
Some background with accounting/invoices/analyses is welcome
Excellent communication skills, target and detail oriented person with problem solving skills
Team player, flexible and customer oriented person with ability to work under pressure and with high fluctuation of work load
