Your role

  • Technical support of our internal system for the ordering of Indirect Materials & Services (IMS)
  • Coordination of the role-out of our system in European countries, especially Central Eastern European Countries in the upcoming years
  • Focusing on a global standardization of the tool and the ordering process for IMS and coordinating all involved parties (IT, Purchasing, Finance)
  • Documentation and Reporting of the status and progress
  • Guiding and training end users of the system via online tools and phone
  • Perform system quality checks & testing’s
  • Maintain e-catalogues and make settings in our online-ordering-system

Your skills

  • University education is preferred or previous administration experience gained in an international environment is an advantage
  • Knowledge of English and German language on active level is a must; Russian language skills would be an advantage, but not necessary
  • Previous administration experience gained in an international environment is an advantage
  • Excellent PC skills & good knowledge of MS Excel are required, SAP is an advantage
  • Technical thinking and the ability to find solutions for new or enhanced processes
  • Communication skills and a high service orientation
  • Accurate, self-organized person with attention to details and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in an international team
  • Interest to constantly improve processes
