Your role
- Plan & schedule of business meetings, video/phone conferences, diary management
- Answering calls and handling email queries
- Travel arrangements and related administration, e.g. organization of visa, booking of hotels and flights, car rental, travel expenses reports
- Update of presentations based on input
- Update and validation of monthly reporting packages
- Organizing and ordering of office equipment
- Team support and work with peers from other teams to develop actions plans that encourage cross functional cooperation
Your skills
- Preferable 1-3 years of experience
- Higher education or University degree
- Advanced level of English language (verbal and written form) is a must, German language is an advantage
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, Power point), basic SAP skills
- Proactive, accurate and reliable person, with ability to prioritize and adjust to different workload
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Team player, proactive, attention to detail
