About the team

Join our awesome team at Adhesives Business! We're all about handling orders and need someone with a keen eye for details and good analytical skills. You'll also need to be great at managing your daily tasks. You'll be part of a diverse, engaged, and self-driven team of 15 individuals. Embracing a culture of continuous improvement, we leverage tools such as SAP, Sales Force, Excel, and welcome strong presentation skills. Our recent success includes the completion of the Customer Service Transformation project, streamlining tasks between local and global teams to enhance efficiency, and implementing a Service Cloud software solution for managing customer inquiries. 

Your role

  • Daily cooperation with local colleagues based in various countries
  • Order entry management
  • Pricing maintenance
  • Creation of returners
  • Verifying the completeness and correctness of inserted data (strong focus on details)
  • Working on continuous improvement initiatives to increase quality or decrease time including testing systems and tools

Your skills

  • Secondary education/university with focus on finance is an advantage
  • Advanced level of German language and at least an intermediate level of English language is required
  • Customer orientation, sense of accountability, flexibility
  • Proactive approach, able to work in a dynamic work environment
  • Organizational and analytical skills
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
