- Customer services supporting local countries for Western Europe
- Dealing with customer's queries
- Daily communicate with stakeholders as other departments
- Handling customers complaints
- Creating reports for local countries for stuck deliveries, invoices and reports of deductions pending for processing from local country
- Daily communication with Local countries to support them in the customer service activities
Your skills
- Analytical approach would help you with claims investigation process
- Active knowledge of English
- Strong customer orientation
- Willingness to work as a part of a group and to support other colleagues while finding best solutions for open claims
- Interest in Financial field and work in SAP - previous experience is welcome
